Ok my acne is under control using BP, no other spots anywhere apart from a small nodule between my eyebrows, but I have been getting these massive red pus filled lumps under the skin and the pus comes to the surface. The spot pops about 4 times before it eventually goes down. They are not cysts as they aren't as painful. I want to know how to get rid of these quickly and prevent them as i've not had them for about 8 months. Thanks

when you say puss filled if you mean like clear liquid I know what you're talking about...

i get them bad when i start eating dairy the best thing to do would be probally ice it down and leave it alone... but at the same time Im the type to try to squueze all the clear liquid out.. not sayin thats a good thing but i think it go's down quicker

preventing them might be difficult. but to maybe get rid of them a bit quicker when they surface, only squeeze them when they're definitely ready to be. maybe that is the cause of them resurfacing alot. then after you've drained the spot of pus, smother in either bp or sudocrem. i find sudocrem brilliant for taking the redness out of a spot, especially if its a recently squeezed one.

p.s - i love your avatar  great album
