First off, I added Taurine, D, B Complex, Glucomman, C, Zinc, B5 to my diet, and cut out dairy and sugar/grain...and my skin looks great. It has only been 2 weeks! Mad that I never knew this info 10 years ago, but whatever.

Anyways I have a question on oats. People post saying there good, others say it is bad. What is the truth?

I would like to know too, I've read that whole grains are good one day and the next that all grains are bad... I mean how could I survive without grains? I don't seem to have any trouble with grains, so if you do maybe you should stay low on grains, but I think it's different for everyone..

I also stopped taking in so much dairy, though I probably still need it since I'm still a teen..

Oats are superfood, I eat at least two bowls a day! Very nutritional, low gi, good for bulking if you workout
