I've been browsing this site (especially the nutrition & holistic section for a long time), but just decided to join.

In about a month i'm going to be on the road a lot and won't be able to eat my normal meals (chicken breast, salad, fruit, veggies, etc...)

i plan on eating mostly subway... my question is WHICH BREAD? ive been avoiding all breads but figure this is my healthiest fast food option..

You could always get the salads, with meat on top. Other fast food places aren't too bad. Say you go to McDonalds, you could get a grilled chicken sandwich, take off the bun and use the lettuce as a wrap instead. Instead of fries you could have fruit cup or salad. You could do that at almost any fast food place. Even with a hamburger, if you like red meat.

Yeah avoid it , waste of money ... buying foods that isn't healthy , sure Mcdonnalds taste so good

but is better to be healthy. :)now if ur age 25 and up and wont break out... then sure

can eat anything :D but stay healthy! lol , eating junks sometime is fine..

like once a week... or every 2 weeks

I get brown bread since wheat break me out.

Subway is refined carbohydrates up the ass. Theres a good youtube rant that demonstrates. What I sometimes do is go to McDonalds or Burger King or someplace and just ask for the patty without bread or anything. Or you can pick a salad or fruit from their menu if they have those.
