The Importance of Breathing

Breathing is the most important thing for the individual, you can live weeks withought food, days withought water but withought oxygen, only minutes.


We should all start looking at ourselves as a whole, and the current state. We shouldn't try to cure acne but rather cure our whole body. I have just started to practise breathing techniques and i must say, i feel so relaxed I actually had a hangover about 20 min ago and now its completly gone lol. I fell more energized too. Just breath deeply for like 30 min and notice the difference.

Also i finally found an ayurveda institute near my house, im have a meeting tommoro morning. The place just opened up so its kind of expensive 50$ for a 30 min session.

I went for a lymph drainage massage last week and she told me to breathe deeply whilst she was massaging. It lasted an hour so that was an hour of deep breathing. I have never felt so intense in my whole life. My whole body was kind of vibrating and I could feel everything flowing beneath my skin.

I'm booking back in for next week :)

Deep breathing is amazing.
