umm that would depend on the type and size of the salad. also, i don't think that vegitables are a legit source of calcium, but i could be worng...

The salads have to be based on spinach/collard greens for it to have any significant calcium...lettuce won't cut it.

It's easiest to get calcium from egg shells and bone broths on a dairy-free diet.

Soymilk has nice calcium , not sure if ur allergic to soy. if not u should try it

taste good..

Gives gas though.. >_<
