fish oil is vitamin A I think, B5 and A there should be no problem, there are multivitamins with both together.

shouldnt be a problem at all. If im correct Fish oil contains essential fatty acids we need (no b vitamins at all)

I just read something about coenzyme A and that that is the reason people break out-they said that you need to jumpstart your system into producing more by taking B5. I don't know about B5-I do know that fish oil contains omega-3 fatty acids which are good for you-they are similiar to an antioxidant.
