So I just finished my course of accutane pretty much all cleared up but left with alot of ugly red marks. Have been looking round the net for answers and came across this regime:

Ingredients

* 5 teaspoons baking soda

* 9 teaspoons water

* 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

* 1 tablespoon egg white

* 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions

1.

First, make a paste with the baking soda and 1 tsp of the water.

2.

Apply it to your face, massaging gently, then wash off immediately.

3.

Then make a mixture of the apple cider vinegar and 8 tsp of water.

4.

Apply it to your face with a cottonball.

5.

Wash off after 10 minutes.

6.

Finally you make a mask using the egg white and lemon juice.

7.

Smooth it over your face avoiding the eye area and wash off after 10 minutes.

8.

Do this once a day or every second day to make your face smooth and free of red marks!

So I just went and bought the ingredients for the above but i confusd about the baking soda. I live in the UK and I think its called something different here, when in shops loooking for it i found 2 types of powder that could be it so i bought both. Baking powder; a versitile raising agent fir cakes,scones,pastries and puddings / Ingredients: disodium phosphate, sodiam bicarbonate and Bicarbonate of soda; a gentle raising agent for gingerbread, cookies, parkin and soda bread. / Ingredients: not listed :|

Any ideas as to which one to use?
