im a week and a half in on my first course. What dosage you on? I noticed my face is more matt (as in much less oily but not completely dry) around the 1 week mark. My lips are more dry but im still not noticing very dry skin maybe as im only on 40mg daily and im 6ft.

I guess you should be noticing decreased oil production anytime soon, from what I have heard sometimes it takes a few weeks for accutane to settle in the system.

On my first course my face became less oily after 3 or 4 weeks. On my second it has occurred after 1 or 2 weeks.
