No reply from Dan or Kory

I purchased the starter kit about a week ago and when I received it, the cleansers cap was broken and nearly the whole bottle was spilled everywhere in the box. I sent 2 emails requesting for another bottle or some kind of compensation a week ago but they have still not reply. Anyone know what else I can do? Thanks.

I also received a cleanser with a broken pump. I sent them an email and never got a reply but after a few days, I received a new pump in the mail. You might just have another bottle on the way. Wait a few more days.
