Hey everyone,

A little backaground about what I have done.

I have tried everything from laser treatments like smoothbeam, N-lite laser, and photofacials, antibotics like minocycline, doxycylcine, and tetracycline, creams like retina-A, benzymycin gel, and differin gel. I have tried OTC cleansers like tea tree oils, and salicylic acid. I have seen three separate dermatologists because I felt like none of them knew more than I did about my face. I have been prescribed everything in the book including Accutane - which actually did work but I prefered not to stay on it. But about 2 months ago I decided to try sea salt. I got the idea from my facialist. She had used sea salt during my facial appts. So I began using sea salt myself. I went to the grocery store and bought some. I tried it out for about two weeks. I put about two cups in a pot and began boiling it. I would put my face over the pot and let the steam set into my pores. I did this for about 10 to 15 mins. But I stopped after about 2 weeks of this. I wasn't seeing the results I wanted. So I read on one of the forums that dead sea salt - not just sea salt works great on acne. So I bought some DEAD sea salt online. And started taking lukewarm baths with about four cups of it. Instantly I could see improvement in my complexion. And before I knew it I could go out without having to worry about the way my face looked. Its been about a full month since I have been on DEAD sea salt and I have to say its the best thing I have done yet. What you have to understand it that sea salt is not a substitue for Dead sea salt. Sea salt just didnt work for me.
