I just saw a commerical for it on TV, so I came here to check the reviews (PanOxyl 10% Benzoyl Peroxide Gel) and every score was above a "4." I think I'll try because it really does sound like something that'll work.

By the way, can you find it in drugstores, or is it like a prescription thing only?

i used pan oxyl for about 3 years or so before i discovered this site though i used it as 2.5%. its fine if you're only using a bit but it had a really really dry formula so if you're using regimen quantities then id really recommend dans or something or it'll do a number on your skin. however if you're just spot treating it should be good. in england its not prescription only and you can buy it easily on a lot of pharmacy websites but im not sure about where you are?

I don't think it will be much different than any other benzoyl peroxide 10% product. There are lots of different brands but what mainly matters is the active ingredient, and that is the same.

As for me I found Walmart/Equate brand 10% BP to work just fine.
