Where do you get your carbs???

For all your strict anti-acne dieters, where do you get your energy/carbs? If you can't eat grains, sugars, or dairy, what is your main source? Veggies do not have an abundant amout of carbs in them, and I am really curious what you all feast on for this macronutrient.

Potatoes, fruit, legumes, and seeds.

Unfortunately, those things I just mentioned sometimes aren't acne-friendly foods any more than grains are. Which is why I suggest at least trying out a low-carb diet--once you get the hang of it, you won't miss a thing.

Personally,

Energy = virgin coconut oil (about 1 tablespoon with pretty much every meal)

Carbs = low servings of certain higher-nutrient starchy/sugary vegetables like onions, carrots, parsnips, etc.
