god you guys are so healthy... well i'm a vegetarian i shouldn't be talking.

i had a fruit smoothie with flax seed this morning...

and for lunch

TACO BELL BITCHEZZZ!!!

3 organic brown eggs.. boiled. :) 400mg omega :)

Sweet potatoes fries using coconut oil , taste great :)

All natural Pork only 45 calories on fat compare to others that has 120+

, fresh chicken breast...

A few brazil nuts.. , yes i eat it everyday, only 10 total. :) to much gives me.. um .. diahrrea. lol

so i eat a bit only.

3-4 organic apples with natural Almond butter Raw...

, fish oil :)

and a banana.. some salads.. was gonna make white rice but no time... had to work

I do prefer white rice over brown rice.. need weight/muscle. must eat alotta white rice

love the taste.. is yummy.

Organic banana , Organic Soymilk ( unsweetened ) with Organic Crispy Brown rice ( gluten free )

Organic Grapes ( why organic? cause taste great.. :D ) , Raw Almond butters with Organic Apples

Yum.. , and um All natural Chicken Breast with salads ( added extra Virgin Olive oil )

yeah i eat healthy :) , i work just to eat healthy.. yes i do spend almost all my money on foods. lol

tomorrow going to make pasta :P ( Gluten free , wheat free :D )

This morning I will have half a baked salmon filet (topped with cinnamon and minced garlic), and on my way to work a vanilla and strawberry protein shake.

Today I had a pear for breakfast followed by lunch of four bits of raw cake (one chocolate, one coconut, one blueberry and one white chocolate), two smoothies then dinner was curried butternut squash soup.

I am stuffed to death from all the fat but loving it...

This is my meal plan until I reach my goal weight of 135 pounds(might want to lose more I forgot how I look at 135) I'm 5'8'.

Meal 1: Kale/Spinach/Mixed greens +Blueberry+ Avocado + Stevia Green Smoothie

Meal 2: Pumpkin Seeds or Sunflower Seeds

Meal 3: Gluten-Free Turkey Sausage or Chicken or Roast Beef lettuce wrap(3 x a week)

Meal 4: Serving of black or red beans and a crapload of random raw veggies + plain Kale /Spinach/Mixed greens smoothie

or

Homemade Hommus served with random raw veggies and a plain green smoothie

Meal 5 Kale/Spinach/Mixed greens +Blueberry+ 1/2 Tbsp Coconut Oil + Stevia Green Smoothie

Meal 6 If just having beans for meal 4- Turkey or Chicken Breast and raw veggies

or

If having hommus for meal 4- Raw Cucumber Soup and raw brocolli(nasty but healthful)

I want to break up my meals into small mini meals to keep my metabolism going. Im also going to start doing yoga in the morning and jogging at night. Im also going to try getting 8-10 hours of sleep every night. Im determined to lose this weight=)

I do prefer white rice over brown rice.. need weight/muscle. must eat alotta white rice

love the taste.. is yummy.

Sweet Potato fries are yummy=). I used to get these pre-packaged ones from my health food store but stopped because they had soybean oil. Ill try making my own with c.o.

p.s. white rice kicks brown rice's ass

breakfast: blueberry & strawberry smoothie made with vanilla soymilk + ice.

lunch: organic spinach feta pizza and a fat free sorbet & yogurt bar.

snack: green tea, banana, raw almonds.

din: spinach, strawberry, and banana smoothie. pasta with all natural artichoke sauce. white wine.

This is what I usually eat but not exactly today. I cheated with pasteurized milk :(

Breakfast: 2 or 3 eggs cooked with GHEE

Lunch: Steak or leftovers from the night before.

Snack: Lettuce with a plum :)

Dinner: Chicken legs

Kinda bland but still satisfies me

Breakfast:

Slice of French Toast on my favorite whole grain bread

Baked Sweet potato slices

Cocoa

Lunch

Fish and veggie soup with salmon and a lot of spinach.

Dinner:

A little later, poached salmon sandwich on pita half.

Snacks:

Strawberries.

Almonds and a little dark chocolate.

Before bed:

A little yogurt, honey, banana, kiwi and blackberries, sprinkled with buckwheat groats.

really? soy oil >_< i only saw Sweet Potatoes on ingredient , did it say soy oil on urs?

My mom makes me eat white rice :(

I have to eat it... since i am used to it , always been eating white rice

yeah white rice >> brown rice.

but many says not healthy dunno why.. brown rice has high Carb anyways...

brown rice is healthier cause is whole grain? >_<

I searched in google if white rice gives break out - found nothing

i just see that "white foods gives acne such as white bread ,white rice... \etc

white rice is not made from wheat anyway.
