Poll: What are you eating today?

For Breakfast I had a green smoothie and some celery with sunflower seed butter on top. For Lunch I had a roast beef lettuce wrap with pickles, onions, and cilantro; another green smoothie and black beans. For Dinner Im going to have a turkey breast with lightly steamed brocolli and avocado. It's yummy eating healthy=).

oh well, I saw that it says poll in the title and thought that you were gonna put the choices so that we could pick em, haha..

anyway, i had tortilla fried with eggs and sauce and water...... :|

havent had meal yet :)

Breakfast:

-Whey Protein Shake

-Banana

Lunch:

-Spicy Chicken Sandwich

-1 qrt of milk

Meal's 3, 4, 5 have yet to be determined.

Breakfast- An apple

Lunch- Turkey sandwich on rye bread with romaine lettuce and mustard and a banana

Supper- Probably another turkey sandwich and an apple

B - cereal w/vanilla soy milk. coffee.

S - 2 twizzlers (hey, it's Friday, k?)

L - spanish lentils and steamed brocolli and cauliflower (leftover dinner)

S - banana

D - there's some leftover artichoke pizza calling my name

Glad to see you're drinking green smoothies. They're so good!

Meal 1- 5 eggs w/ spinach, peppers, onions. Homemade raw kefir.

Meal 2- Steamed veggies(asapragus, carrots, brussel sprouts, green beans), handful cashews

Meal 3- Lamb Chili. Raw veggies (carrots, celery, cucumber, kale)

Meal 4- Apple w/ PB.

Meal 5- Probably gonna be leftover beef roast with steamed veggies.

Meal 6- I'm thinking green smoothie w/ kefir.

Breakfast: None

Lunch: Three Cheese Coneys and 2 big ass icee floats

Dinner: 2 cheese roll ups from taco bell followed by 18 hot bbq boneless chicken wings with a lot of ranch

4th Meal: Peanut butter and jelly with a lot of milk

Half a gallon of pomegranate juice, 6 apples, a pound of broccoli, a pound of salmon, and a pound of beef. Yum, no meals: I just eat whenever I feel like it.

Lunch: Asparagus with butter & sea salt, Green smoothie

Supper: Vegetable chili with wheat-free toast, Coffee

Snack: Watermelon, Sliced organic cucumber w/ sea salt 'n pepper

I found this recipe for Raw Thai Soup, it sounds good...

2 peeled cucumbers

2 cups water

1/2 cup walnuts

1/4 cup Nama Shoyu or other raw soy sauce

1 teaspoon Celtic sea salt

2 Tablespoons raw honey

1/4 cup chopped ginger

1/4 cup lemon juice

3 Tablespoons tumeric powder

fresh spicy pepper

I wonder what I could substitute for soy sauce

lets not get started on the twizzler thing again necro remember what happened to the thread last time I mentioned them.....

breakfast: omelete with a little ham and cheese, 1 apple, 1 banana

snack: craisin trailmix with walnuts and dried bananas

lunch: 3 fish filets with 1 pound of fresh cut green beans

snack: bolthouse farms green smoothie goodness, fruit and nut granola bar

snack: 2 more apples

dinner: i'm thinking 3 chicken tenderloins 100% natural no additives, with some spinach and mixed veggies

snack after: bolthouse strawberry banana smoothie

breakfast was walnuts and blueberries

green smoothie when i got home from the gym

some sunflower seeds and berries as a snack

half an avocado

cut up cucumber

salad

aaand for dessert i'm going to have a green apple with organic honey

i'm gluten free/dairy free/mostly vegan as is, but i'm reeealllllyy trying to transition to a raw food diet. right now it's consisting of whatever my mom buys and me turning down cooked meals, but i think i need a couple books and some better groceries for myself :)

Today I had a pizza, 4 snickers ice cream bars, 2 fudge sickles, brown rice with chicken and some juiced cucumber/carrot/radish/grapes/lime.

Hmm...

Breakfast: All Natural Rice Puffs lightly sweetened with Erythritol and Rice Dream Enriched Milk (unsweetened)

Supplement: 1 pc Adora Dark Chocolate w/Calcium, Vit. K & Vit. D

Lunch: Shelton's Chicken Hotdogs. One in mustard & a warm corn toritlla. The other two were chopped and lightly stir fried with quinoa tabouli (gluten-free), salt, cayenne and garlic oil then wrapped in warm corn tortillas.

Dinner: 3 slices of GF Pepperoni, Tomato, Basil and Vegan cheese pizza. 1 Glass of lemonade (fresh lemon & two teaspons of Eryrthitol)

Supplement: 1 pc Adora Dark Chocolate w/Calcium, Vit. K & Vit. D

Surprisingly, no desire for snacks today...maybe it's because I had the chocolate calcium supplement.

i had a bowl of smart start cereal and trying to drink as much water as i can [without getting sick or anything] and going to have a potato, vegetables and salmon for dinner.

Baked Sweet potato slices

Snacks:

Apple

cherries

Almonds and a little dark chocolate

Lunch:

Lentils cooked with tomatoes and garlic

Dinner:

2 Poached eggs on salad greens. Saw on Top chef. There's a similar recipe on whfoods.com.

Later I'll have a Canteloupe half
