Taking a supplement after a green smoothie?

I know your not suppose to take a supplement for 2 hours after taking a fibre supplement, and as there alot of fibre in a green smoothie, i was wondering if it would be okay to take a supplement like Vitamin D about 15 minutes after drinking it? I dont want to keep doing this if it isnt okay and make any effect.

It would be okay; but I suggest taking Vitamin D with a great source of fat, not a green smoothie. Vitamin D is fat soluble and bioavailability will increase with fat.
