My acne is not bad at all, but what I do have is a lot of flushing and miniscule reddish pimples, so that my entire face takes on a reddish tinge.

Does anyone have any advice on this particular feature of acne.

Acne Rosacea...is not truly a type of acne tho for convience sake it is grouped with other types because acne is a secondary feature of Rosacea. It is a not very well understood vascular disorder that effects the capillaries and blood vessels in the face - causing the flushing on nose and cheeks. If you suspect you have Rosacea you need to have it properly diagnosed because Rosacea has different treatment requirements to acne (ie:steroids) and some conventional acne treatments can exacerbate the symptoms.
