How long does it takes to develop intolerance?

Im talking about foods here.

How long does it takes for a human to develop intolerance to some food?

Take me as an example. I dont got that wide spectrum of meats for example. How on earth should I rotate the ones I got so that i dont create a food intolerance? Because that would really suck.

And how to notice if you start creating an intolerance to something? Weird rashes, or breakouts? Bad stomach or something?
