I keep getting mid size pimples that come to a white head. I just recently stopped taking my antibiotic about 3 weeks ago, but I still use to get some while on it. Do I need a antibiotic if I am getting whiteheads? Or should I take vitamins and a pro biotic? I am washing my face twice a day and using BP at night. How they hell can I get rid of these whiteheads?

Yeah same here. My acne isn't that bad, I usually have a couple on my face at all times. I work out 3-4 times a week and eat healthy. I just want them to go away.

would exfoliating a couple times a week with a wash help?

Oatmeal and eggs in the morning, usually a turkey sandwhich or something like that for lunch, and chicken or something along those lines for dinner w/ whatever veggies my mom makes for dinner. I do drink a lot of beer though. And I snack on organic granola bars.
