List of Foods: Good or Bad?

100% rolled oats

100% whole-grain brown rice

carrots

baked potatoes

pinto beans

boiled eggs

green tea

Just some confusion on whether or not they cause acne, and If they are safe to eat.

So what do u think?

I must know.

Those are all foods that have been cited to cause acne.

But, the fact is, everyone is different, you know that. You must test for yourself and face the possibility of breakouts.

i can eat all of those except green tea, because of teh caffeine content.

If you have an allergy to a food, then of course it might affect you while somebody else might tolerate it just fine.

have all been cited as hearsay, not through scientific study.

Its pretty silly to avoid these foods because of the experiences of a few people. These foods are very beneficial to your health and I wouldn't stop taking them just because of the anecdotal comments of various people.

Try one by one, and figure out if they break you out. That's the only way.

For me, these foods have nothing to do with acne, but in your case it may be different.

FYI it takes me about four days to know if certain food breaks me out or not.
