I was wondering if anyone has ever tried Qigong?

One of my favorite teachers and his wife have a dvd out that uses Qigong to cleanse and detox your internal organs. It basically helps to flush out the buildup of environmental and dietary toxins.

Just curious, it doesnt have to be this specific form, I just wanted to know if anyone else does this daily? Its also very relaxing and soothing. You should try it, Im going to :)
