What are "bad carbs?" could you give me some examples of both bad and goood carbs?

Bad carbs:

  • Anything refined
  • 'Loose' sugar as in sodas and free sugar in foods
  • Carbs from grains (whole or not)

Good carbs:

  • Whole, raw fruts and vegetables
  • Potatoes and other starchy vegetables are also ok

Just to list something quickly.
