Ok, I applied jessners peel (4 minutes, two layers) 4 nights ago I have not yet peeled HELP

Is it safe to assume im not going to peel? can i start using my retinoid (taz) again? i stopped when i did the peel and im noticing breakouts on my jawline and taz usually controls my breakouts. is it safe to go back on taz yet or should i wait a few more days? why haven't i peeled?

I had one of those peels in a derm's office and I found it quite strong. I'm surprised you didn't peel. I would wait two more days to be sure. Sometimes when I sunburn, it doesn't peel for 6 or 7 days, so be careful.

That's fine, just try to avoid the caffeinated teas although they do count in your fluid intake, they're just not as effective since caffeine exerts a diuretic effect.

Eat fruits, too. Fruits and veggies also count toward the fluid intake. I love celery and apples, and eat them as snacks (all day long!) And I adore seltzer water. I add a spritzer of juice to the selzter and it's divine. Yuuuuummmy! Jello counts, so do ice cubes.
