Taking supplements on vacation?

With all the screwy new regulations for taking liquids as a carry-on on a plane, does anyone have experience/recommendations for transporting fish oil and other supplements?

I'm trying to avoid checking luggage.

Is it just easier to buy some cod liver oil capsules for the trip?

Also, are pills and powders okay to take as a carry-on? I have a bunch (vit c and taruine powder), chromium, vit e pills, etc.

Thanks for the help

I've never had a problem with taking fish oil capsules on flights before...but now you have me worried for the next time I fly. =O

What I would probably do is only take enough fish oil for your vacation time. So if it's confiscated it's not like you have to throw an entire bottle away.
