I'm trying to add some natural supplements to my diet while I'm using prescription meds.. just started drinking Bragg's ACV w/organic honey, lots of decaf green tea w/fresh lemon, and adding flax seeds to certain foods. I'm wondering what has worked for other people? I guess I have moderate acne. no real big zits but they're ALL over my face and most seem to be under the skin.

also for females: BIRTH CONTROL!

anyone been on the nuva ring? I'm supposed to switch to that soon. does it cause breakouts?
