My hair has been really dry lately...I even tried deep conditioners but they just don't work! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! thanks! Not_Myself 0 Share Posted May 4, 2008 Honestly, I don't know of any that won't break you out. Conditioner is a pretty bad acne offender. I was told by my derm. that it's crucial to make sure you wash it ALL out really well, so a leave in would make me nervous. You can use jojoba oil to soften hair. scoobydoobydoo 0 Share Posted May 5, 2008 my hair becomes brittle if i do not condition it... i have to use heavy conditioners with coconut oil, macadamia nut oil etc... what i do is tie my hair back or tuck it behind my ears so it doesnt touch my face.
