I've been studying hardcore and sometimes having irregular showers, and I'm noticing my back breaks out if I give it the slightest opportunity by skipping a shower. I always tend to my face but it's only now dawning upon me that my back demands the same consistency to avoid problems. I figured if I stayed inside studying all day and didn't sweat or dirty my clothes I might be okay. But unfortunately just the natural buildup of sweat and oiliness causes breaking out.

I guess it's the same as the face after all. Because I mean, I wouldn't expect my face to stay problem free if I skipped out on washing it here and there. But damn, washing the face is so much easier than taking a whole shower. I know it sounds lazy but it interrupts studying. Okay maybe it is kinda lazy but it can be hard to be motivated to do it if you know you're going to be cooped up all day and not see anyone. I guess I'll have to be more disciplined about it henceforth or accept the consequences.

By the way I find that it is effective for me to use a handled brush/scrubber along with SafeGuard soap. Dial antibacterial is similar but slightly weaker.
