How to go about changing my diet?

How would I go about changing my diet? I do have a derm. appointment in 2 weeks but in the mean time I would like to get my diet together.

Do I just buy fruits/veggies .. what type of meat should I eat? (i dont eat fish)

What if I go out to a restaurant, how do I know what to choose? I work in a mall and usually eat fast food for 6 days in a row :ninja: I know, not good at alllll.

Also, anyone know of any good vitamins to be taking? (like a multi-vitamin type thing)

try to avoid dairy and a lot of processed grains, if you don't notice grains breaking you out you could eat either 100% whole wheat or sprouted grains, eat a lot of veggies and some fruit, lean meats, eggs (if not allergic), almonds, walnuts, fish, fast food is a no no, try to avoid that, diet is a factor despite what your dermatoligist might tell you, for vitamins a good multi and maybe a probiotic, fish oil, taurine
