sarahenn 0 Share Posted April 30, 2008 i was in the same boat as you 3 weeks ago -- i will start my first accutane treatment next week. i feel the same relief as you, as i've battled with persistent annoying acne for 15 years now and nothing seems to work. i hope things go smoothly once you start the meds! I just hope that now that I can finally do this it actually works and I'm not one of those people that it doesn't really work for. There's really not much I can do after this, so my fingers are crossed, but it's really hard to not get my hopes up. Good luck to you, too! stk33401 0 Share Posted April 30, 2008 wow, girls have it rough, thats a long wait from getting the Ok from the dr to getting a prescription. Im a guy and it took me maybe a few hours from dr handing me the blue form to going to my pharmacy and waiting 20minutes to just pick it up. Hope you get a smooth ride through the course.
