Ok, I'm no doctor but from what I gather from all the B5 posts and papers is that B5 is essential to producing coenzyme A, which aids in the fight against Acne. That's all well and good, but by taking loads of B5 and making a lot of coenzyme A, you are essentially making Accutane in your body, right? So why don't you have to monitor your blood from this excessive intake of B5 :?:

Nope. Accutane is Vitamin A in a very high synthetic form. All it does is close your porse up so that no acne can come through. also helps heal your skin. Unlike B5 Vitamin A is not water soluble, therefor you cannot OD on B5, but u can on Vitamin A.

Accutane does not close your pores up. Accutane physically changes the hair follicle structure under your skin, effectively paralyzing the sebaceous glands. Is B5 not involved in the production of Accutane? Everybody actually has a bit of Accutane (isotretinoin) in their blood to begin with; you need large amounts to clear acne.
