Omega 3-6-9

Anyone think these will help at all? This is the information on how much it contains of everything http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/vf/labels/010151HB.pdf

I wouldn't bother with a 3,6,9 supplement. Take an omega-3 supplement in the form of good quality fish or cod liver oil. There's really no need to supplement with omega 6 IMO
