i have some raised scars after acne.last week i had cortisone steroid injection on the scar and so far the scars improved CONSIDERABLY.

however, the surroundings appears a tiny clot-which i dont know whether it's a new raised scar or not :naughty: -which make me a bit worry(it's like a raised scar but very small).

besides,i heard that this kind of scar is very hard to treat.what is the point?i wonder 'does everyone get good improvement at first with the injection, later the scar will reappear?'(which is the thing that people with keloids fear abt?).what's the main difficulty of this treatment?

thanks for any helps. :D .
