List EVERYTHING you've bought so far to treat acne

I am curious to know what others have bought to treat their acne. List everything that you have bought in so far. It may be:

1. Creams - proactiv..

2. Treatment Devices - zeno..

3. Medication tablets - acutane etc.

4. Information on acne - books, ebooks

5. Treatment procedures.

6. Any other acne treatment measure you may have undergone.

EDIT:

I'm sure most people can't remmeber them all so also post an approximate number of treatments you've tried.

I'll go first:

1. Garnier anti-acne face wash - $2

2. Benozyl Peroxyde - $1

3. Derm visits - $10x3

4. Acne free in 3 days - $39

i don't remember the price for all of them..so let see

topical:

-6 diff meds from my doctor

-makeup $100 every 1 1/2 (oil free...non pore clogging)

-face wash .noxzema, neutrogena, clean and clear, biore, oxy clean, cliqnique face wash

-tomato toner, biore toner, neutrogena toner, shiseido toner, clinique toner

-clinique acne lotion thing, shiseido pureness lotion thing, neutrogena tube thing, clean and clear stuff

-pro activ

-aloe vera gel

internal:

-detoxifying stuff

-vitamin a

-zinc

- b5

-flax seed

-TOO MANY DANG FRUITS

-liver cleanse pills

alright thats what i can remember for now..but i am sure there is wayyy more..

1. Creams - Proactiv, Murad, AcneFree, Neutrogena, Nature's Cure, Clearasil, Oxy, Biore, Retin-a Micro, Differin, BenzaClin, Clindagel, and all of the other OTC stuff on the market you can think of.

2. Treatment Devices - None

3. Medication tablets - Nature's Cure, Minocin, Minocycline, Solodyn, Sotret (Accutane - currently on)

4. Information on acne - Internet, dermatologist pamphlets, library research

5. Treatment procedures - None

6. Any other acne treatment measure you may have undergone - Toothpaste, witch hazel, tea trea oil, grape seed oil, almond oil, diet changes, steam

Since I just started having acne.. I didn't bought much.. these are what I bought and I've been using so far...

1. SilkPro Face Wash (Local brand - Follow Me) (5x)

2. Neutrogena On-The-Spot Acne Treatment (2x)

3. OXY Moisturizer SPF 15..

4. Neutrogena Moisture SPF 15

5. Clearasil Cleanser

...add them up and they are all well below SGD100.

1. Creams - benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid face wash, glycolic acid, retin-a, obagi, e-mycin, azelaic acid, clindamycin

2. Treatment Devices - none

3. Medication tablets - gonna go on accutane on may 12/13

4. Information on acne - none

5. Treatment procedures - tried one chemcial peel... didn't do very much but dried out and burned my skin...

6. Any other acne treatment measure you may have undergone - steaming my face, lemon juice

ugh... i'm sick and tired of trying things. so i decided to try accutane after months of just thinking thoroughly about it.

numerous SA washes

green cream

diacneal

numerous face scrubs/washes

numerous clearasil products

some topical antibiotic from doctors very long time ago which i forget name of

probably spent 2 to 3 grand or so over the years

I still have some unopened bottles from acne.org in my cabinets, not sure what I'm going to do with them (maybe resell for cheap?).

The most recent purchase has been Cetaphil which I don't think does much but I use it to wash my face since it feels better to wash with some kind of soap instead of water but I think diet is more important for me.

I've had acne for so long I can't remember that far...

numerous face washes and scrubs- ones I remember are sebamed, cetaphil, neutrogena deep clean, clean and clear

numerous toners

numerous topicals - Oxy, Panoxyl, etc.

numerous meds and topicals from my derm

numerous 'miracle' products

numerous books
