this is my second day that i am taking burdockroot pills.

my face is almost clear now, and i havent had a inflammed zit in many weeks now. hurraayyy...

but just yesterday after taking burdock i ve got a little inflamed zit under my lip. or actually i don't know if it even is a zit, cause it seems to have calmed down.. :S

just wondered if it is possible that i get an IB from it? anyone have any experience with it at all?

i really dont hope i get an IB.. cause finally i've got my acne under control, the last thing i want is like 14 actives on my face

o yea, and about the olive leaf extract.

for you guys who take it, do you think its best to take it in pills, or like in liquid form, like to drip it into the tea?
