is it true that 10% benzoyl peroxide can do more harm than good and that 2.5% is the better option? does it depend on the person? what has anyone experienced when comparing the two or with either seperately? thanks a lot

10% was horrible. i used it during the summer and all it did was dry my face out horribly.. i always had flaky skin, plus the summer sun made it cracked and red and painful. it was a bad mistake. i use 2.5% occassionally when i get a breakout, but that dries me out too, but not as much at the 10%.

10% vs. 2.5%...

2.5% wins...

The end.
