Working out

I really enjoy working out (cardio & weights)- it make's me feel great! Although I notice the more I workout the more acne that appears. I try to do all the right things- keep back off my face, I drink plenty of water, wash my face immediately after workin out. BUT STILL it's not working. I really don't want to give up my workouts- Any suggestions??????

The same thing happened to me!!! It sucks cause I really like working out

Is good to do exercise of course ^^ , but try using PanOxyl Bar 5% or 10% is a soap.

when ur done exercising go shower quickly and use this ;) will help

i use it for my back etc is helping!! ^^ i exercise too

Do you work out with makeup or moisturizer on?

No way! I am seriously really good about keepin my face clean and clear of all products while working out. I have racked my brain trying to figure out what I'm dong wrong. I also bring a small towel with me and try to blot sweat off through out the workout session. :wacko:

Hmm. I don't know then. Exercise seems to help my acne. It reduces stress. I think it balances hormones too.

I envision sweat cleaning out my pores, lol.
