What the best thing to do in the morning

I was wondering what's the best to not spike my blood sugar levels too much in the morning?

- waking up and eating an apple. An hour later eat meat and veggies.

or

- waking up and eating meat and veggies, 2 hours later eat an apple.

I'm thinking that during sleep blood sugar levels drop and if I eat an apple it will increase faster than with meat + veggies

Meat over apple definitely. A study found that having a high carb meal for breakfast increases your insulin levels throughout the whole rest of the day, regardless of whatever else you eat that day. Good old bacon n eggs! :)

i was listening to a health doctor on the radio today he said drinking alot of water is a myth that it helps skin there's no proof. Until you get proof yeh who knows.

That sounds utterly ridiculous to me. We are made up of 80% water or something. Water rehydrates your organs - skin is your biggest organ. Don't listen to such rubbish :)

To the op - i'd drink water in the morning with maybe a squeeze of lemon to refresh and cleanse - try not to overburden your system with too much food
