Printable check list

Here is a printable list of ingredients (6 pages worth) commonly found in skin/beauty products. They are all rated for noncomedogenicness and irritation. 0 being the best and 5 being the worst. Ingredients rated 0-2 are ok :) , a few 3's not too bad, but avoid buying products with ingredients that have a rating of 5  .

Sometimes there are ingredients not on the list. If I can't verify at least most of the products I won't buy it.

Brandy passed this on to me, and it's probably the single best thing I've received. I take it with me to the drugstore when I shop for products.

As always, this is just a guideline. Ultimately you have to decide what works best for your skin type.

Hope this helps! :D
