ok so i had an awful childhood when it came to my diet i was the kid that loved candy and hated veggfies...i hated water...i loved soda...so that could very well explain my acne. my acne has been clear about 95% for a while..but since this weekend i splurged on 3 meals a day fast food...and lots of beer...woke up monday morning and minefield on my face.

i have read all the posts on here about diet but the thing is i suck at this and im not health savvy. i dont know what has zinc or what has what vitamins i dont know the difference between what fats or an empty calorie and where to find one...i just don't. i dont shop at health food store neither.

can someone give me a list of things i can pick up at grocery store and maybe a few good meals that can help my skin and make me healthy. if you could please break it down barney style and put it in lamens terms...thanks...oh and can you give me a list of absolute no no's too. thatd be great.....thanks in advance

Here is a website that lists each type of whole food and tells you what vitamins it consists of. Also there are a ton of recipes to explore.
