Go back to dan's regimen and just live with the (intial) tightness, and flakiness (ugly looking but clear skin) and possibly permanent damage

stick with a new regime that the derm prescribed me azelaic + differin?

Which one has more pros?

I've been clear for a year using DKR just using it occassionally when I had a bump here and there but then my acne came back with a vengeance. FUCK. So now, I'm back to square one.

I only lots and lots of tiny spots on my face i dunno what they are doc said they were really tiny pimples. They're not imflamed or anything like that but it's extractable - and she did extract them.

Any advice much appreciated. Thanks!

From your post it sounds like you were not happy with Dan's Regimen.

So, maybe go with what your Dr. prescribed for you.

I've never been on azelaic so I'm no help there. But I have used Differin Gel and it worked o.k. for me.
