Just wanted to know what type of skin types b5 is most effective against. I wouldnt say that i have extremely oily skin however if i put moisturiser on after i cleans with cetaphil i appear skiny all day, even if i only apply a small amount.

I have very little active acne however in saying that my forehead is alway bumpy and blotchy with literally tens of reds marks which get better and worse but never go completely. They appear as pimples but are only slightly raised above the surface.I also have mild rosacea across the middle third of my face which is prone to these same small bumps. My pores are very enlarged also and the overall texture is pretty bad.

Iam so gentle to my face now basically only using cetaphil with water(didnt like it without) and n-gena combination skin moisturiser but nothing seems to improve it.

Do you think that b5 would help my case in anyway?
