Just thought I'd mention this, 'cause it suddenly struck me this morning:

22 days without cheating on my diet and my skin looks AMAZING!! I'm so

happy, it's not all in vain after all!! So hey, where's Danny, with his 21

days thing that he was talking about? After I read that I resolved to be

more serious about it, and hey, I look great, so thanks.

Just thought I'd mention that, in case anyone was lagging in their determination

and/or needed a boost :D

It's called the Dietary Cure for Acne by Dr. Loren Cordain, the Paleo Diet guy.

It's friggin' hard so I'm glad it's payed off :D

Good on you Effendi, well done :). I've got that book too and found it really useful. Did you eat lots of fruit as well, because I find that fruit breaks me out.

I just eat meat, fish, shell fish, vegetables and fruit. Don't eat any wheat, grain, oats,

dairy products, nuts, legumes, refined vegetable oils, candy(obviously lol), and umm,

I think that's it.

I eat LOTS a fruit, 'cause I have an extreme sweet tooth that I just can't ignore. And

I only cook things in canola oil, I know lots a people have a "sacred olive oil" love, but

canola oils omega 6 to omega 3 balance is better than olive oil, and canola oil makes

everything taste better.

Anyways, I'm super happy :dance:

same as my diet, but I still eat brown rice and oats

Oh yeah, ha ha, forgot about those. Dr. Cordain says not more than six a week,

so that's what I do. :D

Yup.. Same here, I follow pretty much the same protocol except it's an anti candida diet, although they're pretty much the same thing. No carbs, just meat veggies and healthy fats. I don't eat fruit though, I'll have to see about that.

Alongside with DIM my face has cleared amazingly and it's only been 10 days or so. I'm 100% certain that with in a month I'll be totally clear.
