I'm sure this has been touched upon before but most of us know that stress is not good for our condition.

I never really paid much attention to the whole 'stress causes more acne' thing but my eyes have been opened up lately.

I've always been a highly strung person who stresses over everything, I'm also surrounded by people who are always stressed which compounds the problem. So I bought myself a meditation program that utilises brain entrainment and for the last few days I've honestly been more calm and I feel like I'm on a natural high. That is what I was hoping would happen but something else happened as well.

My skin felt less oily and smoother. I'm at the part of my girly cycle where my skin is normally at its worst, but no word of a lie it wasn't as oily for the past 2 days. I was really surprised but not shocked, stress does effect our hormones more than we think.

I just wanted to share this with you all as it might be of benefit to some.
