Thought this might be helpful for people thinking about B5 megadosing. Oh ya, I'm posting this in scar treatments cause this is the best part of this forum smile.gif Personally, I havn't done the megadose, but I'll probly try, and post comments below about your experience if you fancy.

I take a multivitamin and a B complex vitamin (I didn't vote in your pole). Fortunately, my acne is (finally) gone except for an occasional small whitehead. Right now I'm working on getting rid of the many red marks and patchy looking skin. Then, I'll see how the scarring looks.

For about a year, I controlled my acne by megadosing on B 5. Unfortunately, it didn't clear me completely, yet it controlled my acne somewhat and cleared me about 85-90%, with side effects such as low energy, constantly chapped lips, dry eyes and body skin, etc.

I am now 99% clear thanks to spironolactone, supplements and diet.

Oh yeah, with the B 5, I still had to take other supplements and keep my diet very strict in order for it to work.
