Lactic Acid or Glycolic Acid?

I'm considering starting a weekly acid peel to get rid of large red spots, patches, and swaths resulting from large, red zits and cystic acne. Also, the acid peel may help keep the acne from coming back. After more of the redness is gone, then depending on how things look, I might try a CP serum.

So I was wondering which of the acids is more recommended and if there are any thoughts on which is more effective by itself and in conjunction with CP serum.

Also, are the acids damaged by freezing, which probably will occur during shipping? Should I buy some sort of moisturizer for use after the acid peel?

Thanks for any advice.

I have heard a few nightmare stories about Glycolic Acid peels. I haven't heard much negativity about Lactic Acid. Therefore, I think Lactic Acid is your best bet of the two peels. Please start slowly - don't overdo it and you should be fine. smile.gif
