for those who have success with zinc supplement

I think i going to start a zinc supplement soon.

What kind of form do you guys use? and also

How long after a meal then you consume your zinc supplement? or with meal?

and do you all take a copper supplement too?

Cheapest Ive found.

Im using Zinc citrate and I take it with a protein shake. Im taking 90mg per day and had good results. I dont use copper tho. Im also going to chew them soon in an effort to absorb them better.

does zinc help with pigmentation or marks? because theres alot of red marks on my face and i'm worried they might never go away since they have been there for quite a long time.

It can but its no over night thing. The best thing I found for red marks is ACV, just bathing with a cup of it daily really helps. I did use it diluted with water in a spray bottle and ive used it neat and the best way I found is just bathing in a smaller ammount for 15-20 mins. Yes zinc will help tho.
