when eating green apples(love them) i allways get a stomache ache and bad bad gas..is this a sign that my body cant digest it well and i should avoid it?

Not really - a lot of foods cause gas. Stomach ache isn't a great sign though. It can depend on wether your having them before or after other food types. (what happens when you just eat an apple on it's own). I love apples but i have to cut mine up and eat it spread over a day due to sugar content (like 11g of fructose and 5g of glucose in 1 medium apple).

Foods That Contribute to Gas Production

Most beans, especially dried beans and peas, baked beans, soy beans, lima beans

Milk & milk products

Cereals, breads

All foods thst contain wheat and wheat products including cereals, breads, and pastries. Check labels.

Fatty foods

Pan-fried or deep-fried foods; fatty meats; rich cream sauces and gravies; pastries. (While fatty foods are not carbohydrates, they too can contribute to intestinal gas.)
