Yeah. Drinking with meals or after a meal doesn't compromise digestion or dilute gastrict juices. If it did then you couldn't digest soups which are instead among the most digestible dishes.

As for the fruits after a meal. Meals take hours to digest (especially if it's a good mix of protein carbs & fat) and fruits do not. You would be better eating your fruit about 30 minutes before your meal. Why? Because some fruits can digest in 15 minutes. If your eat fruit for dessert then that fruit has to sit behind a couple of hours worth of digesting, and it can start fermenting and causing gas and overall isn't a great idea!
