What type of diet has worked for you

*NOTE: I Don't Eat ANY nuts...NONE AT ALL. I don't eat peanut butter either.

I chose the high fatty meat one but more specifically for me it's high meat fatty or lean and high vegetables. My meals tend to be about 60% veg 40% meat typically.

Edit: Also high fat; pretty much all veggies I eat are cooked in coconut oil or drizzled with olive oil.

My diet is:

-high in vegetables

-high in nuts and seeds

-moderate in both lean and fatty meat

-somewhat low in fruit

So I'm not sure which option to vote for.

Good thread, though.

Edit: Guess I'll vote for the fourth option.

Perhaps you should put another option:

Custom or Specialized Diet (with explanation in thread)

or something because my diet isnt' on there so I can't possibly vote.

All I eat are fruits, vegetables, meats and fish. I used to include potatoes and

rice but I was still having problems, so those are out now. No nuts, grains,

wheats, dairy, or legumes. My skin looks amazing too, so I'm happy :D

All I eat are fruits, vegetables, meats and fish. I used to include potatoes and

rice but I was still having problems, so those are out now. No nuts, grains,

wheats, dairy, or legumes. My skin looks amazing too, so I'm happy :D

I would say I eat all the food groups in moderate amounts. Im not a very healthy eater but Im not the worst eater either. I never eat fast food. Lately, Ive been eating a lot of trader joes chicken salad sandwhiches and I think Ive lost some weight. I dont know how much though. Im scared to check the scale, think Ive lost weight and then come to find out I havent lost anything

You could add it but I doubt anyone else eats like that, so there'd be one vote :lol:

I just eat 'em all equally, it's not low or high in any group.

The problem with this is that you will get people just choosing their diet, regardless of whether it has noticably cleared them or not. I have had perfectly clear skin a number of times so I feel fine voting

Mine isn't up there either, as I eat some dairy (butter, yogurt or cheese) everyday. My diet is pretty much in my signature

high in veggies, eggs, good fats, quality cheese and yogurt; moderate in meat, legumes, fruit, nuts/seeds; low in grains, potatoes
