Skim Milk with no Hormones ?

Pasteurized milk is a common acne trigger, but if you buy raw milk, or milk fortified with the lactase enzyme, it should be fine, in theory.

Dairy is such a nutritious food that it would be a shame if everyone with acne had to give it up.

A study found that skim milk was the most likely to cause acne, followed by two percent, and lastly whole fat milk. So skim milk is not good for acne.
