for breakfast I had a glass of green tea with honey and a luna bar. I later (about two hours later) had two chocolate covered gramcrackers and a tall hotchocolate from starbucks WITHOUT whipcream. I have such a sweet tooth!

For lunch I ate this chinese noodle dish from trader joes with vegetables and chicken

I also drink a lot of water throughout the day and around 3 oclock I had a cranberry sobe.

For dinner, I am having a very small personalized sized pizza also from trader joes with kalamate olives, tomatoes, and feta cheese, a juice squeeze and a tiny bit of coffee ice cream.

Swallowed a bug this morning. Drank some bitter and dry black tea. Fish for lunch, and I downed some vinegar right after.

Vinegar because I want to see if I can lessen my oil production from the stuff.

Today was a bad food day for me, no fruit and minimal vegies:

4 coffees

2 litres water

2 chicken and coleslaw sandwiches on pumpkin seed bread

home made beef/carrots/beans curry with safron rice

3 beers

The last 2 days were better: I had steamed fish and vegies for dinner, salad for lunch and fruit for brekkie and snacks. Still had 3-4 coffees, 2-3 litres water and 3-4 beers.

Maybe they're too sugary or something, they taste pretty sweet when they're

perfectly ripe. Technically they're not a fruit though, they're an herb...crazy :D
